Orders are typically packed and ready to ship within 1–2 business days from when you place them (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During busy periods or promotions, things may take a little longer—we appreciate your patience!

We offer a range of shipping methods, including standard and express delivery. The options available will depend on your location and what’s in your cart.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight, and item dimensions.

🌍 Delivery Time

Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on where you are.

Please note: unexpected delays like customs clearance, weather events, or courier disruptions may affect delivery timelines.

Need to change your address? No problem—just email us at hello@retroshots.co as soon as possible.

If more than 2 hours have passed since you placed your order, we may not be able to update the address before it ships out.

You’ve got a 2-hour window after placing your order to cancel it before it starts processing.

Shoot us a message at hello@retroshots.co with your order number and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.

📦 Delivery Issues

If your package can’t be delivered because of a courier issue (like a wrong address, failed delivery attempts, or it being unclaimed), we unfortunately can’t offer a refund—but we’re happy to send a free replacement.
