We want you to love your Retroshots gear—but if it’s not quite right, no stress. Our return process is simple and flexible.
100-Day Return Window
You have a full 100 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Yes, even if you’ve already tested it out.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item should be:
- In original condition
- Complete with all included parts or packaging
How to Request a Return
Email hello@retroshots.co with your order number and a short note about the reason for the return (or how we can do better!).
We’ll guide you through the next steps
Please don’t send anything back until we’ve confirmed the return address with you—items sent without authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping
- If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we’ll cover return shipping.
- If it’s a standard return (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
- If the item is damaged during shipping or has the wrong mount type, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Received something that’s broken or not working as expected? Reach out right away—we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost. No need to send the damaged one back.
Just a heads-up: Replacements are provided for faulty products. Refunds don’t apply in these cases.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing hello@retroshots.co
After that, it may already be on its way.
